You may return the product you purchased within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resellable condition.
Return requests for defective, faulty, or damaged products during shipping are accepted
unconditionally, and no shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
If the product has no defect, exchange requests made at the customer’s discretion can be
fulfilled.
For discretionary (non-defective) exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering the
shipping costs.
The product to be exchanged must be sent unused and in its original condition.
